A robotic surgery specialist and university professor, explaining procedures technical enough to lose the people who most need to understand them.

The brief. Market analysis and strategy before scripts, as with every channel I take on. The difficulty here is the subject: robotic surgery, HoLEP and Rezum are genuinely technical, and the people searching for them are usually frightened rather than curious. The narrative had to stay accurate and still be worth staying for.

What I did. Adjusted the narrative to widen the audience without thinning the content, and let the graphics carry what words can't. The illustration on screen is timed to what he is saying, so a patient follows the anatomy instead of trying to picture it. These are operations against cancer — the explanation is part of the care.

The result. A video on the channel has passed 25,000 views and brought in more than 500 subscribers.
