Regeneration in Portugal, told by the people doing it

A channel setting out to become one of Portugal's strongest voices on regeneration, built from interviews with the people and communities actually doing the work.

The brief. YouTube strategy, with the narrative as the hard part. The channel exists to put people, communities and key projects on camera — the ones rebuilding rather than extracting, offering an alternative to the mess everyone can already see.

What I did. Built the video dynamic the channel runs on. The intros carry most of the weight: sustainability is a subject people agree with in principle and scroll past in practice, so the opening has to make its case before anyone decides they have heard it before.

The result. The channel gained traction, and the intros are the part people responded to.
